IPE Beams

IPE beams are mainly used in the building industry, but also for mechanical engineering and steel construction. 
The IPE beams can also be used as ceiling joists, poles, rafters, elements of ground improvement, and vehicle frames.

Possibilities of further processing, such as cutting, welding, or bending, allow for a wide range of applications in various industries. Depending on the application and requirements of the structure, the IPE beams may vary in terms of dimensions and steel grade they’re made of.

Round Bar

Round bar is produced by hot rolling method. It offers a strong grip and a suitable working surface, especially in concrete structures.

These products in the structure of concrete preserve their shape and chemical structure for many years without the need for maintenance and repair.

In this way, concrete structures become stronger, balanced and durable.

Equal Angle Bar

Equal angle bars are used to provide connections and to strengthen the support of the parts to each other. 
It can be manufactured in many different sizes. 
These are the products that undertake the task of performing the connections of the main carriers, which are usually made of steel construction. 
Equal angle iron, which serves various usage areas, is produced with or without radius in 2 shapes and in various size ranges.

Square Bar

Square bar is produced by hot rolling. Although the existing angles of these products are equal to each other, they are quite durable. 
Another product that we supply and export in various size ranges is Square Bar.

Plain Flat Bar

Rectangular rolled iron is called flat bar. Flat bar is generally used in buildings as the main carrier. 
It is mostly used in the construction and automotive industry. 
We supply flat bars in various sizes and lengths.

Hollow Section Pipes & Square

Hollow sections are supplied to clients nationwide for a variety of applications including mechanical engineering for example, manufacturing of booms, frames and other vehicle components, especially for applications where high strength combined with excellent usability is needed.

Checker Plate

Tread plate, also known as checker plate and diamond plate, is a type of metal stock with a regular pattern or lines on one side for slip resistance.
The most common alloy used for aluminum tread plate is 6061, although 5086-H34 and 3003-H231 are also used. 
Diamond plate is usually steel, stainless steel or aluminum.

Hot Rolled Plate

Carbon steel plates can be divided into cold-rolled carbon steel plates and hot-rolled carbon plates according to the plate-making process.

Hot-rolled steel sheets are easier to manufacture than cold-rolled steel sheets, and the cost is lower. 

Foreign experience shows that hot-rolled steel sheets are suitable for manufacturing steel.
Hot-rolled Rolled Carbon Steel Plate are widely used in construction projects, including bridges, ships, and even various commercial and municipal buildings. 
Due to the strength provided by carbon steel, steel plates can be used to make various brackets and supports that are part of the overall structural design.

Hot DIP Gi

Hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) is the process of coating fabricated steel by immersing it in a bath of molten zinc. There are three fundamental steps in the hot-dip galvanizing process; surface preparation, galvanizing, and inspection

PPGI Coils

PPGI is pre-painted galvanized steel, also known as pre-coated steel, color-coated steel, etc.
Using Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Coil as the substrate, 
PPGI is made by first going through surface pretreatment, then the coating of one 
or more layers of liquid coating by roll coating, and finally baking and cooling. 
The coatings used include polyester, silicon-modified polyester, high-durability, 
corrosion-resistance and formability.

Cold Rolled Coils

Cold-rolled steel sheet Coils are essentially hot-rolled steel sheets that undergo an additional process called cold rolling.

The process involves minimizing the thickness of the steel coil and allowing it to cool at room temperature.

Properties of this particular product include low flexibility and high tensile strength.
